Develop a Theory to
Navigate Change
We help mission-driven organizations harness the power of data to drive strategic decisions and real-world impact in a changing world
Recent US federal government actions have caused an immediate and severe reduction in funding for some and immense uncertainty for all.
Mission-driven organizations have been suddenly confronted with an unprecedented challenge.
Mission-driven organizations need support to adapt intentionally and step up and meet this moment.
A Period of Uncertainty
Vivid Impact is offering two programs to help mission-driven organizations navigate this chaotic moment:
We Can Help
Theory of Adaptation: Framework that explains how your organization will adapt to changes and challenges in its environment to enhance survival and effectiveness
Theory of Philanthropy: Framework that outlines how and why your organization uses its resources to achieve its mission. It highlights the beliefs and values that drive your organization’s work along with the intended impact and rationale for funding decisions
Vivid Impact will work with your organization to co-create a customized theory. We will use our extensive evaluation and facilitation experience to bring clarity and order to your work.
These programs present opportunities to re-emphasize intentionality in mission-driven organizations’ efforts and chart new paths for positive social impact
Your program package will include regular one-on-one consultations with a liaison, a co-creation meeting with key stakeholders, a presentation of the draft theory and the delivery of the final theory product.
The theory development process is iterative and interactive to ensure consensus and a high-quality final product.
The process could take one to three months, depending on the urgency of your need and your availability.
